You work for free if the role isn’t filled?

Yes, absolutely. If a role hasn’t been filled within the agreed timeframe, I’ll continue working on it until it’s successfully concluded—at no additional cost.

My goal is to ensure you find the right talent without compromising on quality or incurring extra fees.

What kind of savings can I expect with your service?

For a role like a Software Engineer with a $150,000 base salary, traditional agencies might charge fees ranging from $37,500 to $45,000. With my service, your cost is capped at $15,000.

Even better, if the role is filled faster than expected, you only pay for the time spent, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising on results.

Do you provide discounts for hiring multiple roles?

Yes, I do! For a second role, the cost is reduced to $4,000 per month. If you’re hiring a third role, it drops further to $3,000 per month.

This structure ensures cost-efficiency while maintaining the same high-quality recruitment process for every position.
