In sourcing, my experience is diverse, encompassing both technical and business roles. Leveraging boolean search, web scraping, OSINT tools, and browser plugins, I handle large data sets to build solid candidate pipelines and devise distinct, personalized outreach strategies.

I led a remarkable expansion of the recruitment team from two to ten members and played a crucial role in scaling the company's hiring capabilities, achieving a 550% increase in monthly hires and meeting an ambitious target of 100 new clinical team hires per month. I transformed the recruitment approach to be proactive, with 73% of hires directly sourced between July and October, improved candidate acceptance rates from 53% to 91% in six months, and cultivated strategic partnerships with three universities, tapping into a talent pool of 400 PharmD students. I led the implementation of the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System, streamlining the recruitment process, enhancing efficiency and reporting. My proactive recruitment strategy effectively filled challenging roles such as CRO and Senior Machine Learning Engineer, yielding significant cost savings by minimizing the use of external agencies. As Wellframe's inaugural recruiter, I was instrumental in scaling the company from 40 to 200 employees, contributing to its acquisition by Healthedge. I provided leadership and strategic direction, growing the talent team to four members and achieving record hiring in 2020 and 2021 with a 95% acceptance rate and a 98% candidate satisfaction score. I developed innovative sourcing strategies and oversaw the entire recruitment lifecycle, personally hiring 74 People and filling key positions within Senior Leadership, Engineering, Product, and other departments. My efforts in recruitment branding and partnerships led to a large increase in direct applications. Additionally, I spearheaded talent acquisition initiatives including referral programs, co-op programs, interview training, and DEI strategies.

I successfully transformed the recruitment function from an agency-based model to a predominantly direct hire strategy, increasing direct hiring from 10% to 80%. I managed the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and sales positions across the UK, Germany, and Australia, proactively sourcing candidates and building a talent pipeline that resulted in 27 hires in 12 months, a 45% increase from the previous year. I worked closely with the development team to enhance the interview process, improve job advertisements, and provide detailed candidate information, culminating in higher application numbers, reduced time to hire, and improved candidate experience and acceptance rates.

As Opsview's first in-house recruiter and later as Talent Acquisition Manager, I was pivotal in transitioning the company away from agency reliance and growing the team from 23 to 60 employees. I managed the full recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non-technical roles in the UK and US, successfully sourcing candidates directly and implementing a robust recruitment and sourcing strategy. My achievements include enhancing recruitment branding and forming productive partnerships with Reading University and General Assembly, contributing to Opsview's recognition as a '50 game changers' awardee. I also led talent acquisition programs, including referral and university initiatives, interview training, and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
